We accept returns for refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of invoice for UK and Europe, 21 days for the Rest of the World. This means the items must reach us within that time.

If you would like to exchange or return an item please call us on 01628 623636 Mon-Sat 10am -5pm or email sales@wyldboutique.com. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours (unless it is Saturday evening in which case it will be Monday morning!). We will then give you a returns code. Items sent without this code will not be accepted.

Returned items should be sent with all original tags, labels and packaging, unworn and in the same perfect condition in which they were received. Items returned otherwise will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

If you wish to return an item we suggest that you send it recorded or special delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.

Customers must accept the postage costs for returned items and initial delivery costs are not refunded.
